WHY NOW?

This is not a traditional wedding. We were married one year ago with just a few friends to witness. That was lovely and we were so happy with it.

AND, that was not enough. For many logistical reasons, we couldn't include everyone we care about and for other pressing reasons, could not wait.

WHY YOU?

You are the people we care about and are part of our lives. We want to share with you and include you in our bond, our family and our lives.

Please come and create togetherness with us as we declare who we are together to you and ask you to support us in our lives.

WHAT IS HYGGE?

Hygge is a Danish word for intentional coziness with close friends and family.

That is the feeling we want for our special day. We want to celebrate with you and make this a small cozy affair with minimal formality and maximal hugging (a close phonetic match for Hygge.)
